Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)
This project is located in Mahabubnagar Municipality of Telangana state. The latitude and longitude of the STP is 16°45'17.87"N 78° 1'24.01"E.
The system has a capacity of 10 KLD.
The plant receives wastewater from Municipal Nallah.
The inlet wastewater has a BOD, COD and TSS of 150, 175 and 15 mg/L.
A Hybrid Sub-surface Flow was installed.
The BOD, COD and TSS removal efficiency of the STP is greater than 98% throughout the year.
