Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)
  • This project is located in the Hyderabad City of Telangana state. The latitude and longitude of the STP is 17°27'26.95"N 78°19'48.25"E.
  • The system can handle the domestic wastewater to the capacity of 50 KLD.
  • The plant receives wastewater from Lecture Hall, Canteen, Lab and utilities.
  • The inlet wastewater has a BOD, COD and TSS of 250, 400 and 15 mg/L.
  • A Passive Hybrid Sub-surface Flow constructed Wetland integrated with landscaping was installed.
  • The BOD, COD and TSS removal efficiency of the STP is greater than 90% throughout the year.
