Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)

• This project is located in Rangareddy district of Telangana state. The latitude and longitude of the STP is 17°32'36.51"N 78°32'28.22"E.
• The system has a capacity of 200 KLD.
• The plant receives wastewater from communities.
• The inlet wastewater has a BOD, COD and TSS of 90, 290 and 48 mg/L.
• A Vertical Flow Aerated Wetlands was installed.
• The BOD, COD and TSS removal efficiency of the STP is greater than 98% throughout the year.
